• Open Houses – we will take the time to have public open houses at your home if desired.
• Virtual Tours – we will place a virtual tour on the internet so not only local customers but people all around the world can view your home without the inconvenience of having to go out for an hour or two.
• Newspaper Ads – we will use the newspaper to advertise open houses and your home.
• Guide Ads – this a special publication every two weeks in the local paper.  We will place all of our listings in every issue.
• Sign in Yard – we will post a sign in your yard so when people drive through your neighbourhood looking for a home they will know yours is available.
• Personal Website – we have a very simple, easy to navigate, fresh website that will expose your home online.
• MLS – we will post your home on the MLS for maximum exposure to all customers and Realtors around the world.
• Feature Sheets - We will place feature sheets around city. We currently have feature sheets posted in banks throughout the city, so when people are thinking about moving and apply for a mortgage they see your home.
• Home Tours – we will invite all in office RE/MAX Realtors to come view your home; maybe it suits one of their clients needs.
• Agent Open Houses - we will invite all Saint John & surrounding area Realtors to come view your home; maybe it suits one of their clients needs.
• Remax Website – we will post your listing on our Corporate office site.
• Always Available – And finally we are always available to answer your call.
